CP-KL stands for “Certified Professional – Kanban Leader”. This certification prepared and honored by Kanban for Knowledge Work Alliance. The course is applicable at upper management and management levels.

How is it useful?
This certification is for professionals interested on managing teams under the Kanban Method and related practices. It is also for those who want to become leaders in organizational and process improvement with Kanban. The focus is on a deeper understanding of Kanban, the interactions with the rest of the organization and with customers, and an enhancement of the human aspect.

Am I Eligible?
This certification requires the CP-KL or equivalent certification from another certification body. Any professional, from executive level to team level is welcome.

Duration
CP-KL is designed specifically for corporations and working professionals alike. We offer two options: 2 full days or 4 half-days for a total of 14 hours. Certification exams is done during the last hour of the training.
